Dumpster Load Guidelines
  • Each dumpster load must be separated into one of the loads listed below. One load per listing. 4 different loads are listed.
  • 2 or 3 yard dumpsters are available for rent.
  • Dumpster rental is $10 per dumpster.
  • Dumping fee for a 2 yard dumpster is $3.70 each time the dumpster is emptied.
  • Dumping fee for a 3 yard dumpster is $4.25 each time the dumpster is emptied.
  • An additional $20 is charged for a dumpster used for construction and demolition.  Dumpsters will be placed onto a flat surface and should not be moved from that spot.
Household
  • Carpet should be cut into smaller sections, rolled up and piled neatly.
  • Clothing
  • Food 
  • Large furniture should be stacked away from the dumpster for disposal. 
  • Shoes
  • Toys
  • Household garbage
Yard Waste
  • Limbs and pampas grass should be cut down to fit inside dumpster.
  • No plastic bags.
  • Other yard waste allowed
  • Put yard waste directly into dumpster.
    • Bush trimmings
    • Dry grass
    • Flower bed and vegetable garden plants
    • Pine cones and needles
    • Weeds
    • Sticks
Grass Clippings
  • Do not mix yard waste (as described above) with grass clippings.
  • No plastic bags.
  • Put grass clippings directly into dumpster.
Construction & Demolition
  • Asphalt and wood shingles (No plastic packaging from shingles)
  • Black roofing paper
  • Insulation
  • Interior/exterior doors and windows should be stacked neatly away from the dumpster for disposal
  • Lathe
  • Linoleum
  • Lumber
  • Paneling
  • Sheetrock
  • Sinks, tubs, and shower enclosures should be stacked neatly away from the dumpster for disposal
  • Tile
