| | Weather Alert | The CITY OF LARNED is under a sever weather warning beginning Friday Jan. 13th thru Sunday Jan.15th. Freezing rain and significant ice accumulation is expected. The city is aware of the potential for power outages do to the ice and will be working on them as they occur. In the event of a power outage, citizens may call the Electric Distribution Dept. at 620-285-8585 and report the problem. In the event of a long term wide spread power outage Pawnee County residents can contact Mark Wagner / County Emergency Preparedness coordinator at 620-285-8966. This is a significant winter storm predicted for our area please drive carefully if necessary. We ask for your patience in the event that repairs are necessary. The city crews will be out in full force attending to any issues that arise due to this storm as soon possible.
